Not sure of this brand - but the Frigidaire version of this goes on sale at Costco for around the same price.

Get the REALLY fast ones - that are 2x this cost, but work far better. Neewer makes one that's super fast. Lowes sells one for about $250 that does clear ice chips, those that are into that.
OP posts an $85 Ice maker that the majority of people use for camping or as additional capacity and your suggestion is a ridiculously expensive built in ice maker? This place may not be for you.

Same price for same item on Amazon. just moved and I am tired of gross tasting ice. would prefer to use filtered water. this will work perfectly. thanks!

My office has a clone of this unit and it works really well. Makes a set of "cubes" in under 10 minutes. They are somewhat soft at that point and get harder as they sit in the basket. It can make them over and over again. It will stop making cubes when it's full or runs out of water.
You fill a reservoir with water that sits below a basket that holds cubes. If you turn it off, the cubes melt back into the reservoir. It doesn't hold a ton of cubes, but it can make them quick enough to keep a small office of 10 people happy during the summer. If my home freezer didn't have an ice maker, I would own one of these.

Says it has a reservoir and recycles the water from any ice that melts.
Link please?!
