Tried to order online, it still says $50 after $5 autopay. Why it is not showing $25?

Per T-mobile Customer service it will not show the $25 dollar nor the promo if you order online but as long as you order during the promotion period it will automatically get added to your account. User dishguy confirmed that indeed it worked, I included his post below for reference . Alternatively you can call, chat, go to a store, or reach out to T-Force on Twitter or Facebook to get them to place the order for you.

The modem/router that comes with home internet service has

Back when I had dialup we used something called Shotgun that let us use two modems with two phone lines to get double the speed. Is this still a thing? Tmobile has faster upload than Comcast where I live so it would be nice to either supplement the upload speed with a hotspot or replace it without giving up the wired download speeds.
I've been using it for 4 months with 400-500 down and 40 - 50 up. It's been reliable and great. I work remote and so far has been like I was wired. My area has no wired internet, so this was a life saver.

So it's definitely YMMV. Worth a shot at this price if your current ISP sucks.

Also, they won't let you move your router too far from its activation site. You can't just take it with you wherever you go.
I switched to verizon after since my phone plan lowered the cost to $25 instead of $50. Verizon was also not available at my house but did same trick of using another address. Speeds are about 50-75 Mbps faster on the download than I received from TMobile. I was happy with both services and found them very reliable.

For me, may not be great and just throwing $25 away because:
- My four lines are Magenta Max
- If Fios is down, we can use our hotspot during that time
So if you have great home internet service and already have hotspot plans through your mobile provider, this isn't for you unless you REALLY want it for reasons.Join The Conversation
