Great price but most of the reviews state it isnt consistant speeds and has frequent drops.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?

I had this from its inception, originally it wasn't too bad-as time went on the signal got worse and buffered like nuts, 3 TV's a pc and phone. I finally gave up after 7 months and terrible to non-existent customer service. The price is definitely tempting, btw, their newer modem was worst than their first, I had a pc fan underneath to cool it down, no difference.

If true it's a no brainer. I have the service. You can expect 100mbs-300mbs. Down time nonexistent.

How many switches does the IT team need to flip to make this deal properly show up? Check out page mentions nothing about the $25 price/credit etc.

Same, I checked last night when it went live and early this morning it showed $20 after $5 autopay discount on Magenta Max plan, now if I check it shows $30 (same discount as previously before this promo).

Looks like there was an error on their end and they fixed it, now to get $25 you have to chat to a rep.
I wonder what will happen to people that got it for $20 deal. Will the price be adjusted?
Grrrr. Yep. Guess we will see. Crazy there is no way to look at this when logging into your account. As far as the confirmation and discounts.

I called TMobile Home Internet, talked to a CSR, and "got" the promotion for $25/month. She told me:
- $25/month
- Cancel anytime
- $35 activation fee is waived just for today
- She took CC for the "order"

However, the only emails received
- Email about claiming Promotions (she didn't say anything about promotions. I'm assuming it's the $100 promotion)
- Email confirming order of the router

That's it. No confirmation email about actual $25/month Home Internet service.

That was 2 hours ago. I guess I need to call CSR to see if all this actually went through at the $25/rate which I think I signed up for.

Just odd.

It now shows live on their website but still $55/mo in the cart when I go to check out. Chatted with a rep who assured me the price will be right within 1-2 bill cycles. I screenshot the website and also save the chat with the rep assuring I qualified and price would be correct. We'll see 🎲

I have this as my backup internet and at times it has helped me to get back online. This as primary internet at home might not be a good idea. The speed is a hit or miss, sometimes amazing speed and other times hard to even check e-mails.

Not sure if this was mentioned yet but I tried it in August and while speed was just ok for me (but good enough) the 100gb DATA CAP was used up really quickly since all we do is stream . Then the speed slows down to the point of unusable. 👎🏻👎🏻

Called 611. Got both promotions: $25 Home Internet for life and $100 virtual GC. I have one line, Magenta 55+.

More info: I cancelled my Wi-Fi Hotspot. That Hotspot was $20/mo for 5GB. Unlimited Wi-Fi Hotspot is $50.

Cart shows $50. Chatted with rep and they said they will apply $25 monthly credits to drop it down, but i don't really believe they will do that. There is no confirmation of this in the cart, just shows full price
