Great price but most of the reviews state it isnt consistant speeds and has frequent drops.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?
I had this from its inception, originally it wasn't too bad-as time went on the signal got worse and buffered like nuts, 3 TV's a pc and phone. I finally gave up after 7 months and terrible to non-existent customer service. The price is definitely tempting, btw, their newer modem was worst than their first, I had a pc fan underneath to cool it down, no difference.
If true it's a no brainer. I have the service. You can expect 100mbs-300mbs. Down time nonexistent.

From a T-Force chat I just had:

Hey there! My name is {redacted} Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to reach out to T-Force. Happy to assist with all the details on this new awesome offer. Let's jump right in!

Any activation from today forward, will be enrolled in offer: 2022 HINT P22, get $25 off each month for LIFE.

Upon activation you will see the full charge details of $55 as the offer is applied after activation. So no worries, please continue with the order to take advantage.
Important info:

Please let me know what questions or concerns you have on this. ^{redacted}

The rep in chat wouldn't give me the promotion but gave me $50 statement credit. I'll try this promotion code anyway after I activate
It is clear the reps haven't been fully vetted on this promotion.

Talk to another one until they say you are eligible and than screen shot the conversation.

But the offer is clear. If you have a T-Mobile voice account and haven't had 5g internet service in the last 90 days, than you are eligible for the offer. The price will show as $50. The bill credits will be issued within 1-2 months.

If you already are a home internet customer than you can add another internet account and pay $25 per month (after bill credits), but you can not cancel lines or the other internet without the risk of loosing the bill credits on the new internet account.

I just got off the phone with them, I tried every angle including adding a line or getting a second Home Internet account (and then I would cancel my existing). The terms state if you cancel anything after activation the offer is void. No time frame given.

I hope someone finds out how to make this work.
My brother is an existing t-mobile home internet customer. He just finished chatting with the rep and finally got the deal! The rep said he is not eligible for the deal, but my brother was persistent. It took too much time in life, but he got it!

Chat conversation:
I have got some good news for you. You can sign up for this $25 plan

Automatic enrollment in monthly bill credits will begin within 2 bill cycles from activation and will apply at the subscriber level for the HSI line activated within the promo period.

It's showing $50/mo for me. Is this still available? I'd love to get it if for nothing other than to have a backup when the Spectrum (crappy) internet goes down (which is often and it's not us, it's them).
It was showing $50/month for me too when I added it to the cart even though the T-mobile Home internet page was showing $25/month. I hopped on chat and they signed me up for $25/month. I am using it for the exact same reason as you.... as a backup for my Spectrum Internet, although my Spectrum Internet has been pretty good (goes down maybe 2-3 times per year). However, for the times that it DOES go down, I may really need to have Internet access because I work from home.

I am an existing Tmobile Voice and Home internet customer.

For existing customer, you can either add a new voice line or add a 2nd Home Internet line to get the $25 price.

I chose added 2nd Home internet service. I do not want to mess up my grandfathered voice line account.

I need to keep both Home Internet services for 90 days which is still good deal to me. $75 additional cost to lock in the $25 price.

If I can get the $100 promo, then it will be zero cost.

"How about we process a SIM Card and have the talk and Text plan for $20 per monthy, and the Home Internet for $25/mo. So basically you'll only need to pay for $45/mo"

Does anyone know these answers from talking to T-Mo reps:

- When does this promotion end?
- Which gateway are they sending out now?
- Is this gateway better than the Nokia 5G-21-12W-A?
- Did T-Mo ever fix it so their VOIP phone service works over T-Mo Home Internet?

Interesting info. Some people have posted they could not add a 2nd Internet at the same address. Even if we could add a 2nd Internet at $25, if we have to keep our 1st Internet for $50 to avoid losing the $25 discount on the 2nd, what would be the point of having 2 T-Mo gateways in the same house?

The only reason to add the 2nd Internet is to get the $25 rate and cancel the 1st Internet at the $50 rate.

This means the sole option available for existing Internet customers is to cancel and rejoin after 30 days which is very risky because (1) we don't know if there will be any spots left on our cell tower and (2) we don't know when this promo ends.

Unfortunately i do not qualify for this offer. In October i cancelled my home internet due to some tower issue that caused interruption. Now for me to avail this offer the rep on phone said that i have to re activate my old line which will be $50/month and get another home internet line for $25 under this promotion. Coz it is less than 90 day cancel clause under fine print. Stupid clause. I tried but no luck. i have 6 lined with Tmobile and on Magenta plan.

Simple Choice doesn't need to add a new voice line for this promo. If you already have a voice line you can get this promo. The Customer Service Rep that "helped" you guys either unporpuse to get comission told you that you needed a new line or was missed inofrmed.

Just read the terms of the promo, they are clear as water. Only need a new INTERNET LINE and to HAVE a voice line. The ADD voice line part if for new customers that don't have a voice line or for existing customers that only have tablet, or data lines a no voice lines.

Sad thing is that you guys are now stock with that new line because as per the promo Terms if your drop those lines you also lose the $25 monthly bill credits for the Internet line.

That is not what the rep told me....he will be calling back on Saturday so will check again with him. I already have an internet line from TMobile so that would not be new. I'm hoping he was telling the truth that I could drop the new phone line later

Do you ever want to upload anything?

I have T-Mobile for my phone. I just ran Speedtest on my phone - downloads were 563Mbps. Uploads were 4 Mbps. As in, under 5.

I have no idea if their internet device is throttled, but the signal is definitely there
