EXISTING HOME INTERNET CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.

#############################################################################################################################
Make sure you are signing up for Home Internet Unlimited and NOT Home Internet Lite. Home Internet Lite does not get the promo.
From CNET article: "Those interested in T-Mobile Home Internet can enter their address at the carrier's website to see if it is available in your area. If you have multiple lines on your account, such as a family plan where not everyone still lives together, the carrier confirms to CNET that you could activate multiple T-Mobile Home Internet lines at the discounted $25 promo rate, so long as the addresses are eligible for the Home Internet service."
https://www.cnet.com/home/internet/t-mobiles-latest-5g-home-internet-bundle-will-drop-the-price-to-25-per-month/
After earlier telling CNET that multiple lines on an account could sign up for the offer -- such as a family plan where not everyone still lives together -- the carrier said on Wednesday that the deal will be limited to one Home Internet line per account.

Tried to order online, it still says $50 after $5 autopay. Why it is not showing $25?
#############################################################################################################################
Per T-mobile Customer service it will not show the $25 dollar nor the promo if you order online but as long as you order during the promotion period it will automatically get added to your account. User dishguy confirmed that indeed it worked, I included his post below for reference . Alternatively you can call, chat, go to a store, or reach out to T-Force on Twitter or Facebook to get them to place the order for you.
Good luck.

For existing customers, chatGPT provided an alternative solution:

Not sure why this was removed but - FYI -
For those that care;
The modem/router that comes with home internet service has
a built-in GPS receiver and antenna, and sends your GPS location back to T-Mo at regular intervals and presumably they can request it anytime.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?

$35 activation was waived
2 day free shipping
Auto pay was added again to my account (I already had it set up)
I am told the first bill will be $50, the second bill would show a $25 and $25 credit and the third bill and going forward would be $50 minus the $25 monthly credit for a total of $25 per month going forward
Even at 125 megabits down (from another post in this thread) I think this is a killer deal to keep a price lock or as a backup internet plan. I currently live in an HOA that forces you to pay a fee which includes Comcast so this won't be a primary connection for me for now but something I will want for the future.

- When does this promotion end?
- Which gateway are they sending out now?
- Is this gateway better than the Nokia 5G-21-12W-A?
- Did T-Mo ever fix it so their VOIP phone service works over T-Mo Home Internet?
Interesting info. Some people have posted they could not add a 2nd Internet at the same address. Even if we could add a 2nd Internet at $25, if we have to keep our 1st Internet for $50 to avoid losing the $25 discount on the 2nd, what would be the point of having 2 T-Mo gateways in the same house?
The only reason to add the 2nd Internet is to get the $25 rate and cancel the 1st Internet at the $50 rate.
This means the sole option available for existing Internet customers is to cancel and rejoin after 30 days which is very risky because (1) we don't know if there will be any spots left on our cell tower and (2) we don't know when this promo ends.
My brother is an existing t-mobile home internet customer. He just finished chatting with the rep and finally got the deal! The rep said he is not eligible for the deal, but my brother was persistent. It took too much time in life, but he got it!
Chat conversation:
I have got some good news for you. You can sign up for this $25 plan
Automatic enrollment in monthly bill credits will begin within 2 bill cycles from activation and will apply at the subscriber level for the HSI line activated within the promo period.

Upsale was attempted for a bundle that had a hotspot backup that continues to work during power outage for 39.17. I basically live under a tower, so my speeds are 100x over what I currently get from Centurylink, so optimistic.
One question: I currently use Google Wifi and love it because I can control my kids devices (shut off their wifi at bedtime). Can you use an additional router like that with the T-Mobile device?
