Great price but most of the reviews state it isnt consistant speeds and has frequent drops.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?
I had this from its inception, originally it wasn't too bad-as time went on the signal got worse and buffered like nuts, 3 TV's a pc and phone. I finally gave up after 7 months and terrible to non-existent customer service. The price is definitely tempting, btw, their newer modem was worst than their first, I had a pc fan underneath to cool it down, no difference.
If true it's a no brainer. I have the service. You can expect 100mbs-300mbs. Down time nonexistent.

When I go to the link in the OP, I still see the get $100 back promotion. I don't see any mention of this promo and I'm directed to go to the nearest store to sign up. I'm located in Hawaii.

Is this normal?

When I originally signed up, it showed up as $20/month after autopay and HINT P18 discounts. Before I activated, it showed as $50/mo on my account. After activating, I got the confirmation text and it now shows as $55-$5 autopay-$20 HINT P18 for $30/mo. I chatted with support, who ultimately reassured me that after a billing cycle or two, it would end up as $25/mo -- obviously I have little faith in even that happening. I wish I had a screenshot of the $20/mo it was showing when I ordered. Still, I'm impressed thus far - my iPhone 14 pro max gets ~20mbps on a good day, but my TMHI box gets ~60mbps during the day and 200mbps at night. At $20/mo I'd keep it as a backup at least. Not sure I can live with the service limitations as primary.
Isn't it $25 with autopay? Not $20?

Yeah that's the deal, but when I signed up it showed as $20/mo - not sure if it was a mistake, but that's what it was won checkout. Plus, I wonder what the difference is between the HINTP18 applied to my account and the HINTP22 others are getting.

I did the same, showed $20.

From what I can gather the 18 was maybe the magenta max discount, taking $20 off. Over on Reddit someone said it was also incorrectly applying another $10 promo which was wrong.

The 22 I think is the new $25 discount/price.

Does anyone notice that Home Internet Phone number is Primary Account Holder now when you login to T mobile?

yup 4th call after receiving text saying Promotion removed. Checked account and the p22 that was showing is gone and p20 is showing. On hold to cancel service. NOT paying $45 for this. I should know better than to sign up for ANY promotion. They NEVER get it right and it is hours and months of calls to correct it.

Ah didn't pass the daily morning scan. They added the wrong promo. Or something in your account doesn't qualify. I had this happen to a BOGO line. Kept dropping off no matter what T-Mobile tried. System does it automatically.

It was a price mistake, when it went first live at 12am EST, if you look at page 41, you can see someone posted a screenshot.
It was not applying discount correctly.

Problem is nobody knew it was wrong at the time, so others, and myself, ordered then.

How did you signed up for the promo? Through the chat, in-store, T-Force, or you ordered online?

This is probably it. Someone added p20 instead of p22.

Called. Should have hung up when she said it was her "first one" She started this mess by putting the wrong promotion for $10 discount instead of $25. I have a feeling I will be cancelling it as history has shown that once they screw the acct up, you are better off with just getting them to back it all out. 3.5 hrs in calls and it still is jacked up...
