Simple Choice Family Plan so far NOT ELIGIBLE
1) Chat said "You have to pay off your phones first" (I have no financed phones)?
2) Called In and was told "you already hit the 5 phone limit"?
3) Called again and was told "your account is no-credit check so not eligible"
4) Transferred to another dept. that said "go into the store for it"

Just do a search on this thread using the keyword "Simple Choice" or "SC" and you will see plenty of people that got the deal and even confirmation directly on their account that the Promo is Active. Heck, just go to the first page of this thread and look at the wiki, there is proof right there.

There are 3 options, keep trying through chat/phone/T-Force is the first one. The second one is to risk it and just ordering yourself online, it will show $55 or $50 on checkout but the promo will automatically get applied later. The last one and the one I recommend is go to a corporate T-Mobile store.

Note that you indeed need to be on a Post-Paid plan with a voice line already on your plan, otherwise this promo will not work. If you are on a Pre-Paid plan or on a the more rare type of account that is Post Paid but without credit check it might not work. If you are on that weird Post-Paid no Credit Checked account ask the rep if you can convert it to a normal Post-Paid account without losing your current plan discounts and take advantage of the promo. They will run your social security number to get your credit and convert the account.

Good luck.

why is it showing 30.00 not 25.00 in my tmobile account cart? I do have auto pay checked.
If you are on a Mangeta Max plan, and you are ordering online by yourself, there is a posibility that your are seeing $30 because the system is applying a different promo that is currently actve for the Magenta Max plans, promo ID is "2022 HINT P18". If you see that anywhere that means that it putting you on the wrong promo. Try calling or chatting and tell them you want the 2022 HINT P22 $25 Home Interent promo.

I have a beach home that i want to use this modem in that is located in same city as my permanent residence. Both locations show available for service but I want to have it shipped to my permanent residence for convenience. Will that be an issue when I activate it at different address than where it was shipped?
I ordered through T-Force and they did give me the option to use a different location for the internet service other than my accounts physical address and to ship the modem to the accounts physical address. Not sure that is an option available through the online order system, so you might have to call, chat, use T-Force, or go to a store.

If you go to a store they will give you the gateway right away if they have them in-stock, so you avoid all the complication of the shipping address thing.

Yes, you can ship to any address.i did it with no issues. They first check the address that you will be using to make sure its eligible. Then they can ship to any address that you want.

I have this too , I hardly get one bar and the closest tower is half a mile from where I live . Horrible support from T-Mobile . Visible phone 5G is way better than T-Mobile crap ( in my area )
YMMV, I've used them for them last 10 yrs+ and I have no single complaints signal is generally better than ATT and Verizon that I carry from work. That's in the Houston area, when I went to NC it was a different story. - ATT was the King.
Even with 5G+ Att gives me around 100mbps, while TMO UC is around 300-500 Mbos.

Then call T-Force! Everyone on SD knows that regular CSRs only know so much. What do you do when you get less than perfect customer service elsewhere?
I did call whichever number T-Mobile has now.
They claimed not to know anything.
My account was set up way before T-Force or whatever it is called was set up.
T-Mobile simply didn't know anything.
I don't why it it is so hard for you to understand.
They asked for a PIN which I didn't set up.

Lol, then we can cross that bridge in 10 years. I'm pretty sure after 10 years at $25 a month, I'm not going to be too sore about it. Unlike people who got 10 years of a free, yet minimal data plan. 🙄🙄
People like you would be the FIRST here moaning about not getting their $25 for life. LOL.
I know people like you.

I have moved on with T-Mobile's not free data for life since there is nothing I can do about.
But I am not going to remain silent when they failed to follow through on their promise.

I have the same setup you're discussing and I have had no issues whatsoever.
Then you have 2 SSID's? One from Gateway and one from your router??
Is that right??

Correct. 2 SSIDS (Orbi and TMobile-E167) show when looking at the available networks.

Is this $25/month deal still available? Do you need a Voice Line to qualify and how much for a voice line?
