Great price but most of the reviews state it isnt consistant speeds and has frequent drops.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?
I had this from its inception, originally it wasn't too bad-as time went on the signal got worse and buffered like nuts, 3 TV's a pc and phone. I finally gave up after 7 months and terrible to non-existent customer service. The price is definitely tempting, btw, their newer modem was worst than their first, I had a pc fan underneath to cool it down, no difference.
If true it's a no brainer. I have the service. You can expect 100mbs-300mbs. Down time nonexistent.

Simple Choice Family Plan so far NOT ELIGIBLE
1) Chat said "You have to pay off your phones first" (I have no financed phones)?
2) Called In and was told "you already hit the 5 phone limit"?
3) Called again and was told "your account is no-credit check so not eligible"
4) Transferred to another dept. that said "go into the store for it"
You must have talked to a bad rep. I have simple choice family plan and just put my order in with a chat rep.
I just asked on chat whether i qualify folr the $25 plan and the rep pulled me through and placed the order for me superquick within 5~10 minutes.
$25 per month with $100 giftcard to redeem later. I'd say give it another try with a different rep.

didn't see $25 at first, but after chatting with the rep, he got it to $25 and also informed me of the $100 promo

the only issue now is where to put the router.. some areas in my house, TMO 5G barely reaches 20Mbps on my Galaxy S22+....

Thanks. I've had the worst luck today. I now have 5 different reasons from 6 different reps. I saw that many Simple Choice plans went through for people, so I may try again later in the week/

Is this $25/month deal still available? Do you need a Voice Line to qualify and how much for a voice line?
I signed up yesterday and the page LIMITED-TIME OFFER Get T-Mobile 5G Home Internet for $25/mo. is still up, so I think it's still active. I searched "T-Mobile Home internet" and got this:

https://www.t-mobile.com/home-internet?cmpid=HEIS_PB_P_HMEINTRNET_43700068505215310_&gclid=b85702a84... [t-mobile.com]

I checked availability and it said it's available but shown $50 price. I talked to representative via chat and asked how can I get $25 deal and the representative signed me up. It took about 30 minutes and there were a couple of small forms.

Just set it up and getting around 250- 300 down and 20-60 up.

Still have my nest wifi on my fios connection so haven't tested everything yet. Just connect the T-Mobile device and ran some speed tests with my phone connected. Only tied one place, but I want it pretty much we're it is, so I guess it's good. Getting 4 out of 5 bars on the device.

Will have to see how to turn off the wifi on the T-Mobile device and just use my nest wifi, connected to T-Mobile.

With my frontier fios modem/router I disabled the wifi so I only have my nest going? Is that even necessary to do? Should I disable the T-Mobile wifi on their device and just use my nest devices, or leave both enabled?

I asked earlier and have since noticed (indirectly) that it's a no.

That said, I am going to try at a corporate store tomorrow. My comcast account recently came off promotion and has gone up nearly 300%, and despite hours of trying, they will not give me a decent rate. That said, even the full $50/mo for this is as good as I can get right now, so even if if they cant get me this $25 rate either, im still going to go this route for a few months anyways until Im considered a new customer with comcast again. Certainly going to try for that $25 though!.

I get like 5 at my house in the SF Bay Area it's been driving me nuts for years. There are some places where I see 300 down but unfortunately never where I live or travel for work. Several years ago when they had "4G Unlimited" I used it for home internet for a couple years ago without many hiccups. Would be nice if 5G was better at my house especially cuz the map has called it UC for a couple years now.

Not available in my area.. weird. I guess regardless of the map their phone service isn't really available either 🙄

I've had mine for months and haven't disabled the wifi. But all our devices are connected to my Google wifi.

Had on Arcadyan kvd21 for 2 weeks back in August(200-300 down 60-70 up)...Had to try it ,because I still had that time Optumum internet...
Dec.8(4 days ago),just picked up Sagemcom fast 5688w to the same exact location, with on excellent signal, like before, but my internet is terrible(30-80 down,10-20 up).And when I connect my laptopwith a wire,it shows me a "globus"(no internet sign)
Did anybody experienced bad internet from Sagemcom, comparing with Arcadyan?
I have a lot of towers in like 0.03-0.2 miles, literally by the corner of my condo...
It's in NYC

I added the plan yesterday. Just received message saying line added. Logged into my account seeing the following message. What does this mean? When we stream videos we won't get full resolution? Like amazon prime, Netflix, YouTube etc?

Limited time offer; subject to change. During congestion, heavy data users (>50GB/mo. for most plans) and customers choosing lower-prioritized plans may notice lower speeds than other customers; see plan for details. Unlimited high-speed data in U.S. only while on our network. Video typically streams on smartphone/tablet at DVD quality (480p) at up to 1.5Mbps unless you add Plus Max to deliver video streams at speeds that provide up to UHD video capability (max 1080p4K); some content providers may not stream their services in UHD. May affect speed of video downloads; does not apply to video uploads.
