Great price but most of the reviews state it isnt consistant speeds and has frequent drops.

I wonder if this is portable as long as you have an oulet for power?

I had this from its inception, originally it wasn't too bad-as time went on the signal got worse and buffered like nuts, 3 TV's a pc and phone. I finally gave up after 7 months and terrible to non-existent customer service. The price is definitely tempting, btw, their newer modem was worst than their first, I had a pc fan underneath to cool it down, no difference.

If true it's a no brainer. I have the service. You can expect 100mbs-300mbs. Down time nonexistent.

Did you get both the benefits per promotion - $100 gift card + $25 monthly bill? Or you are billed $50/ monthly and given $100 virtual gift card after 8 weeks?
Yes, I have the "2022 HINT P22" $25/month promotion on my line and I got the $100 gift card for "2022 HINT P10" for that same line.

So I got the email to activate the $100 rebate but they were not able to validate the information provided. Tried both the internet line number and my phone number, both says not able to validate the information provided. Anyone having this problem?

Figure out- Use the text link.

I got both also $25/month + 100GC.

When I called Cox to cancel my 90/month internet service (with data cap), they offered me $20 off per month. LOL

If you are still being charged $50 per month after 8 weeks, I would call T-Mobile, as they likely coded your account wrong. Under the Connected Devices section of your bill, a phone number assigned to your home internet should be listed. Along side that, it should state the following:
T-Mobile Home Internet $25.00
Includes $5.00 Autopay Discount and $25.00 2022 HINT P22

If you do not see the aforementioned, then that is why you are still being charged full price. As far as your gateway switching bands, I have not had any problems with that, but you should check out Nater Tater's videos. A simple search should bring them up. He has helped numerous people with band-locking so that your gateway will lock onto certain bands that you choose. He also has other very useful videos that explain how to turn off WiFi on your gateway to use your own router, etc.

I hope this information helps you and anyone else experiencing problems.
Still haven't got the 100 dollars but had my bill adjusted and got 50 dollar credit. Let's see what happens next month hope I don't have to keep calling for adjustment...PITA

If you are here like me and only got email link for rebate that doesn't work, or never got email, try this:
Go to
https://promotions.t-mobile.com/
enter your number for submission and log in
Scroll down to reward tracker to your promotion
Click on Redeem button.
Enter your tmobile internet number
You'll get your card.

For anyone having an issue redeeming the rebate through an email titled "Congrats! Your T-Mobile Home Internet reward is here":

At least one reply here gave a possible solution, to try redeeming through a text message you should have gotten around the same time as the email.

It worked for me.

I've been dragging my feet calling to fix the billing on my account (lot going on), but when they started throttling me at 100GB (lite), I finally bit the bullet and called. They are telling me you had to have a Max line to get the discount, which of course it doesn't say. Offered me $10 but not retroactive, so escalating. I really hate this bait and switch crap.

I didn't even bother with the $100 card and they're giving me shit...

I didn't even get a text, but I got the email yesterday and I can't activate it.

EDIT: stupid text was on the Arcadyn Modem. Took a while to activate link. That Northlane link didn't want to work and took several tries since I was getting mobile number error. Tried again hours later and link finally logged me in and showed the virtuall CC.

I applied for $100 gift card on 2Jan under promotion 2022 HINT P10 through TMobile site. Its been more than 8 weeks, so called Customer rep and they transfered me to Rebate department. Rebate department is telling me that my Home Internet rate plan is not eligible for $100 gift card.
For me, Home Internet is billed at $25/month (Includes $5.00 AutoPay Discount and $25.00 2022 HINT P22) in Jan and Feb billing statement.
Rebate department connected with customer rep to check if rate plan can be changed to make my account eligible for $100 gift card, but then customer rep said changing my rate plan will remove $25 discount on Home Internet and make it $50/ month!
So, in short, I am now being told my account is eligible EITHER for $25/ month billing OR $100 gift card; not for both together.
The promotion 2022 HINT P22 ($25/ month) and 2022 HINT P10 ($100 gift card) are 2 different promotions, and not stackable.

Can someone please confirm the promotion - if it is EITHER one OR does the promotion mean BOTH ($25/ month billing + $100 gift card)?
I got both promos. So I signed up early Jan 1or 2 2022 HINT P22 ($25/ month).
The $100 gc promo was 2022 HINT P10 and yo had to summit to that website

https://promotions.t-mobile.com/
Promotion Description: 2022 HINT P10
Promotion Date Range: 11/10/2022 - 1/11/2023

It should've gave you a tracking ID and should be under your Reward Tracker when you sign-in at https://promotions.t-mobile.com/rebates

Mine was
Submission Date: 1/17/2023
Reward Information
Reward Type: Virtual Prepaid Card
Status: Pending

and yesterday I got the email 3/23 and apparently missed the text since the text didn't go to my phone number that I inputted but the text message was on the Arcadyan KVD21 Gateway on 3/19.

The tracker now says
Reward Type: Virtual Prepaid Card
Status: Sent

I did contact T-Force via Twitter around 3/15 and asked if I was gonna get my promo and they said yea you receive it in a few days. I never called T-mobile since heard T-Force as better support and its documented and have a copy of electronic conversations.

I applied for the 2022 HINT P10 promotion in December and I have autopay. My last couple bills have shown $30. I called customer service and she said that the full price is $55, $5 off for auto pay brings it down to $50 and then $20 off for the promotion which is $30. Shouldn't it be $25 off for the prom0tion bringing it down to $25 with auto pay? Can you confirm this?

I submitted the promo on 1/14/23. I didn't get any notification via text or email but I randomly remembered about this and checked the Tmo Promotions page and it had a link to redeem card. The card page shows the funds got added for me on 3/16/23.

Anyone successfully cancel their old high-speed internet line after the 90-day mark? I think my 2nd line was activated on 12/28/22 so am going to cancel the first one on April 1st to ensure 90 days have elapsed. Just don't want any surprises. Thanks.
