YES. They are SAME company.
Does this mean only ships from / sold by walmart.com is eligible? I don't think I have ever ordered anything from a 3rd party on WM.com so I'm not sure how the charges show up., I know Amazon sometimes separates charges from 3rd parties which could mess it up.
