Yes because you get slightly more for the price but at this price it's about the same, when it's regular priced Costco is a better deal; but it does not have pecans in it. I will say the taste is different between the Costco and planters. Idk what rebrand Costco used

Costco sells Kirkland mixed nuts and they are way better quality than the planters. Costco mixed nuts has more cashews and pistachios as compared to this. And Costco sells 40oz Vs 34.5 oz planter as per OP. I will stick with Costco.
