Only things I dislike (but cannot complain about at the price) wifi chip is horrible. Reception is fine inside the house but as soon as I go into my backyard it refuses to connect. I can walk 3 houses down on my phone and other devices. Again can't complain for the price...
The trackpad feels a bit sensitive, could be a lot better, but not too big an issue.

opened box $124 bigger screen, good for basic user
So, unless you need a Chromebook, I'd advise to go with a full-fledged for a $100ish more
Sure it is only $129, but if you won't be using, why just clutter you desk or coffee table.
I recently bought a ThinkPad C13 Yoga Chromebook, which has a AMD Athlon Gold 3150C (launched in Sep 2020). The AUE is Jun 2028.
AMD Athlon Gold 3150C appears to have a similar (if not better) performance as that of Intel core M3-8100Y in terms of behchmark

For CPU benchmark I usually use Cinebench. Attached you can see the Intel m3 is a better performer than the Athlon.

Any heating problems or taking too much processor cycles when you open multiple applications ?
Should I take this ASUS instead? Thanks.
I still have not opened the box of Thinkpad C13 Yoga yet…. on the fence
The Touch screen, convertible, dual camera, fingerprint login, etc are also nice touches I'd miss. I do like the ability to quickly rotate the unit for portrait display.
My main concern was only 32 GB storage but seems adequate for my use so far. And after using it for a week I have not experienced any slow or missing gigaflops.
The ASUS does seem like a great deal for the price though, I'd seriously consider it if I was on the fence with the C13.
