Can someone tell BR that their images kinda suck?! How about showing the garment by itself instead of first someone wearing like 4 different things and trying to figure out which it is by the title.

And when they do show one item it's challenging to tell whether the clothing pictured is for men or women because the models they pick always look somewhere in between the two...

My favorite jeans are from BR but they're several years old. I think they were $78 MSRP when I got them, but probably got them on sale for half that.

Now their jeans are $120... or $72 after 40% off. Oh nevermind.. some are as low as $48 or $60 after sale.

Of course, the store nearest me closed down, so if I want to return them, the next closest store is 30 min away. Makes it less appealing... although apparently I can return them via UPS for free?

Their site layout really is terrible. I like banana republic, but trying to shop on a site shouldn't be frustrating.

Oh, you don't even KNOW- try shopping on Banana Republic Factory or Banana Republic and trying to figure out WHICH STORE the item you see on the model is sold at.... It drove me crazy for awhile until I realized that is what they are doing. So the model might be wearing 5 items that are sold through BRF, but that one clothing item or one piece of jewelry or even a freaking small purse? Have to go to BR for that, but they don't say it and they don't link the item so....

It's so stupid, I can't even....
