My 2c on installing this shed, do not open the box till the day of installation. If you take pieces out the box and leave them outdoors, they may sag, bend, water can get inside during rains.
Have experience with Four of these sheds over the years. Anywhere from 8x10 to 12x20.

They are pretty sturdy. Not hurricane sturdy though. They are not plastic. Its reinforced PVC. Something that will last you 15-20 years easy. Sun doesnt decay the stuff.

You do need pretty sturdy and LEVEL foundation. Depending on what you wanna store. If the foundation is not level, peices will not fit easy (or even well enough to be sturdy).

Yes you can use 12x12 tiles. Imp part is to have the stuff underneath very level and something that wont sag or erode over time. So 2" of crushed concrete underneath the 12x12 will suffice.

Question, I have a very flat concrete area but it is slightly sloped to allow rain to fall towards the grassy area. Will the slight incline be an issue during installation?

Possibly, but my local Costco is out of stock and won't be getting anymore as holiday and winter related items have taken over the space.

This is laughable. A summertime "deal", maybe... but in no way a winter deal.
What would be a slick price?

How do you hang items on the wall? Do you need to spend another $100 or so getting wall accessories?

To those of you who own a Suncoast shed or similar...is there any way to seal them and reduce the number of bugs or other life forms that get inside (lizards, small snakes etc)? I live in FL and have a preserve behind my house. I stepped inside one at Costco this summer and could see light along many seams. Any thoughts?

You want a solid and level foundation in order to get all of the parts to align up and fit tightly. I built an 8x8 version, and while it was on black top, there was some unevenness of the surface that made for some difficult assembling times.

There are a few diagrams in the instruction that it isn't clear on orientation on parts, so always double check how a part may be used later.

Can two of the larger ones be connected together, making the shed 8'X24.10'?

This seems to go on sale for this price once or twice per year for short periods. Here's my write-up from the last thread with a few extra links (also links to my more detailed notes from the thread before that): https://slickdeals.net/forums/showpost.php?p=157585630&postcount=81

Pasted quick summary from last time:
Overall I like it. Good size for our smallish yard. Didn't warp when I stored it outside over the winter before building. No parts missing. Accessories are hard to find or expensive so we just put freestanding shelves in, but I'd like to do something sturdier. It fits a push mower, trimmer, a few freestanding shelves with gardening and fishing stuff, and a bunch of yard tools. Would be nice if it were paintable but most everything I read said to not even try. Generally sturdy but the doors feel a little flimsy.

Been looking at one of these. When it says it needs a "sturdy foundation" what does that entail? Could I put this on some 12x12 concrete tiles? Or does it need a legit concrete poured foundation. Thanks
They sell a foundation kit like this [samsclub.com]. I think it was less than $200 last year.

I built a frame, filled that with stone, and leveled 12 x 12 pavers. Then I built a foundation for the shed and used lag bolts to attach the shed for the foundation. This was way easier than trying to level the ground for the shed foundation and now none of the shed construction sits in wet dirt.

You could level cinder block and build a wood foundation on top of that as an alternative.
