I don't have this brand cleaver, but cleaver is a must if you cook pulled pork. I struggled to cut bones with regular knife before buying a cleaver. Cleaver cuts through bones so easily.

I buy a chunk of pork butt/shoulder when they go on sale. Butt/shoulder pork meat has big bones. I usually cut up into 3 parts, weighting around 3 pounds each to cook pulled pork in Instant Pot later.
