Just a heads up - I received the ones I ordered from them on the last sale and both AirPod boxes were opened or at least were not shrink wrapped. I never purchased an Apple product in my life, and I've purchased many, that were not shrinkwrapped

New packaging. No more shrink wrap on Apple Products. There should be a tear strip seal you remove.

Environmentally friendly packaging as they call it.

Took awhile to get the chat to work without timing out but the price adjustment though AAFES was simple: order # and verify your info.

"Ok I have changed the price down to $179. Please allow 24hrs for the order to update"

Try using your cell phone. Didn't work on my computer but went through on the phone...hopefully they're not all out and it doesn't get cancelled...

One order did go through but was later canceled. Very bizarre.

To address the credit card cannot be authorized for purchase error, I think I've made some progress with my account. A number of us are having this issue and at least one of you guys have resolved it simply by trying many more times so my experience may not reflect everyone's situation.

Turns out my account had some sort of block after someone hacked into my account to purchase an Apple Watch last year. The Risk Department must have realized there was an issue, cancelled the order and blocked my account from making any more purchases. For some reason I was no made aware of this and their customer service department could not see this block. I finally spoke with someone from the Risk Department (800-572-1560), she asked me a number of questions to verify my identity, advised me to change my password and security questions, and said I should be able to place an order in about an hour once my account is unblocked. Crossing my fingers.
