1. Spent $1 to join first month of game pass ultimate
2. Install FIFA 22 for free
3. Install and play, once on the title screen (you see kickoff on the screen, on the right it shows 40% off for FIFA 23, click right stick button (RT?) to open it up, it takes a few seconds to open)
4. My first few tries, it said unavailable. I quit and renter FIFA 22 do it again, still no go;
5. I restarted Xbox, then it worked

Although i've never had GamePass, so maybe signing up for 1 month now for $1 (and remembering to cancel) is worth it to get Fifa23 for $13 on xbox one.....
