Not too good to be true because the 10700F is an old CPU. The PassMark benchmark page shows the 5700G as being 45% faster than the 10700F. Fifty dollars more for 45% more performance makes the $900 PC a better deal.

10700F is around $190 on Ebay. Can get i7 10700KF for $204 or i9 10900k 10 core for $270.

Could also swap 5700g going for around $170 on Ebay and get the 5800x3d for $309.99 deal

horrible reviews of bsod and doa, and some of the reviews say you have to pay return shipping even if the unit have problem. lack of response of cs. good luck

i always wonder, and find it hard to believe that they're selling and getting returns of enough of these to have them available as refurbs..maybe it's supposed to inspire more confidence because they'd've been tested, cleaned, etc. before being sold as refurbs?

The 3070Ti is 3-4x faster than your old 970 keeping everything else constant. Your CPU will heavily bottleneck any mid range GPU today.

if get this deal and it actually works. Lots of these broken returns they don't even inspect. Reddit user that bought similar one and they said he broke it when he tried return it.

Holy crap this sounds like nutrend is the subsidiary newegg created to scam customers

"Basically, sent the PC back after explaining what happened To CS and they offered to refund the full amount that i paid or get it repaired. I opted for a refund, waited a full month with on going communication with CS on when can i expect the refund, only for the RMA to be denied. Talked to CS again with the RMA follow up stating that deliberate damage was done to the system that coudlnt have been done by ABS's team, and that the Refund option was unavailable anymore since "I" damaged it. The only option was to repair it and send it back to me as a "common courtesy." That was when i decided to do the chargeback and got my money back relatively quick"
