Many retailers, including therabody has it for the same $399 price. Therabody includes procare which I don't really care for. Amazon includes a free wireless charger which is more useful, IMHO.

Click on the promotion available link on Amazon page and add both to cart. Check out will show $399 for both.

This is the 4th generation while 5th is still $599. 5th generation does not justify the price gap for its update. The most useful one is 20% noise reduction which I doubt is noticable if not compared side by side. But 5th generation only comes with 1 battery, instead of 2 from 4th generation.

And between prime ($199), elite, ($250 @Costco), and pro (this deal), the biggest difference is the force which is 35lb, 40lb and 60lb. I need some work on my glute which is deep and large mussels. My current prime does not feel strong enough so I need to pay double to get the pro. But it has two rechargeable batteries so I can use one and charge the other. The battery life is claimed to be about 2hr on website. However, I always put my prime on highest setting to get more force and could only last about 15 - 20 mins. Hopefully this helps you with buying decision.

This is a decent deal if you are in the market like me. Happy shopping.

So what makes this so special that its $400+?

I bought a no name knockoff massage gun for $35 last black friday. And it works great. This doesn't seem like a deal. It's like buying an Alienware gaming PC for $4000 or building your own with the same exact parts except the Alienware case for $2000. Paying extra for a name/brand. This seems like a company trying to rip people off.

Not advertising for Theragun. I just found that it works better. While it is quite expensive, you have to look at it at $200 discount from MSRP of $600 for the pro version.

Theragun cheapest model is $200. Some no brand one can be found on the market for $50. This is like comparing DeWalt tools to Black and decker tools. Yes, both can get the jobs done, but people who have used both will notice the difference right away. And comparing Theragun prime ($200) to Pro ($400), it is like comparing DeWalt to Hilti tools.

I have back pain and really need something that works well to relieve it. I have tried a few no brand ones and they don't work well.
