I have $20 Audible credit from a recent promo for Premium Plus. How do i use the credit instead of my saved payment method? It defaults to my credit card and hitting " switch payment methods" shows only my card. There's no option for my credit.

If you use a computer to make the purchase, I am pretty sure it shows that the coupon will be used. If you use your phone, you only see audible credits, or a card. However, I think it will use the coupon if you select card. But to be safe, use a computer.

I tried on both phone and computer and neither one showed the option to use my credit but I took the leap anyway and my credit was automatically applied.

Yeah, you will be able to use it until it's $0, i.e. you can use it across multiple purchases.
