These are AirPod Pro 1s. They were recently discontinued when the AirPod Pro 2s were announced. They are not sold for $208-249 anymore. Heck you can get the AirPod Pros on sale for $199. Example
You can also get a brand new sealed pair of AirPod Pro 1s w/ Apple warranty for $150 from places clearancing them out. I would not buy these open box ones for $150. Pay another $50 for the 2s or find a new pair of 1s.
