Call the manager, before you let them check the order out. Walgreens CAN remove the bag fee if you don't take the bag. Store employees may never have received training on how to do it.
I don't get Walgreens having a minimal order amount for in-store pickup, but then they provide free ship to home.
Because of the minimal order amount, plus the fact that their in-store prices are often more expensive than if I ordered online, I've simply stopped shopping at Walgreens.
Same but they always charge for it. It's not worth fighting for it. Them giving me my order is a win in itself. They do not understand ship to store is not same as curbside pickup or fedex pickup. It's always a struggle for them to find the package.
I'm reading a comment from someone that they can't refuse a shopping bag fee and cashier's can't remove the automatic shopping bag fee? I ordered for pick up. I don't need a shopping bag for 8 packs of floss picks.
I guess it ain't bad. The estimates says $2 but one bag is 25 cents.

Oh wow maybe they have been charging me! 😡😡😡
Gotta look into this. Thanks. Maybe email their customer service each time they do it?

i have had cashiers give me the bag fee in cash vs figure out how to refund it. i am so curious why in store prices are so much more lately. a few cents is one thing but its now several dollars.
