Not working for returning subscribers. Mine expired about 6 months and it's still pulling up full price at checkout despite showing up in the deals page.

FINALLY! Thank you OP!

I am an returning customer but the PS Plus expired in Nov 2022. I was able to stack 2. Had to login using my PC, then click on "Join Playstation Plus" and then saw the 29.99 price. When I tried to purchase the second one and stack, gave me credit card expired error. Was able to pay using paypal and checkout.

Definitely feels YMMV. I created 2 brand new accounts. Don't have a PlayStation Plus account. Haven't had a PS since PS2 days (got a free PS4 from a friend). Both accounts, same experience, select Join PS plus, add to cart, $59.99

Wish there was a path to $30, would lock it in for a while, for sure

This is not working for returning subscribers. I have not been a member since Nov. 2021 when it expired over 12 months ago. When I try this offer it only gives the full price, even in cart. The deal it self says "NEW members: save up to 50% on 12 months of PlayStation Plus.".

Saw this on another site. I had ps plus and ps now before the big merger and that put me in the new PS Plus Premium. I tried to downgrade to Extra during the BF sale but could not.

Thankfully, my subscription just ended 3 days ago and I was just able to sign up for Extra for $70.

I used the link from this story. Not sure why it's not working for others.

It absolutely is working for plenty of returning subscribers. Knock it off with saying it doesn't work, just because it didn't work for you. It worked for me, and look at the many other comments who said it worked for them, completely proving your comment to be false. If it didn't work for you, that sucks, but saying, "This is not working for returning subscribers" when several of us have said it worked for us, is a false statement.

No, as you have not understood by now (have you read the original post even?), you need to sign into your account to get it, so unless you know their user ID and password, you will not be able to "gift" this.

It didn't work for me either.
I haven't had plus for a year.
Maybe everyone that couldn't get the deal can list how long they haven't had plus for.

I would say that if you're able to get it for $30, then the free games you get a month could be worth it. Note that these games are only playable as long as you have the subscription.
