Within the last month or so, I think this hub has been listed like 3 other times. Bought it after seeing the first deal, and then of course the price dropped. Amazon refused to give a partial refund on the price difference. So I ordered another. Then shortly after that, there's another further price drop where you can use a coupon code on top of the 2nd sale price. So, I'm going to end up returning two of them and keep the third, because Amazon didn't want to do a partial refund. Of course, they're hoping I'll just keep all three of them or something, but obviously I will return it. They lost some money on shipping these three separate packages as well, which is silly

Are you genuinely asking? I don't make much money, and I enjoy glancing at different deals throughout the day or week. Maybe a few minutes, if that, if you specifically are talking about time spent on this product. It's also not out of the way to find time between now and January to return them, and other things, to UPS, since I can do that on the way with other errands.

I don't think I even have deal alerts for this... this type of product just shows up on the front page/top of the page pretty quickly for me.

Warning for these ugreen products sold on Amazon, one of these type of USB Hubs I bought(USBA to 4 USB A port with USBC power) was supposed to be powered by USB C but apparently either their listing is wrong or their inventory is wrong as what I received was micro USB port port instead, tried an exchange and still got the same. Gave up and returned one and kept the other as I just needed the port expansion.

Although you're correct in the premise they should just price adjust rather than pay return shipping costs.

I'm guessing the amount of price adjustments to orders would be so much that they would have to hire many employees in customer service to assist with price adjustment requests that it's actually cheaper to pay out some shipping costs than to pay salary/benefits/etc. for employees for handling these requests.

I have ordered 2 in the last couple months. One is still going strong and I use it frequently. The other lasted only a couple of weeks. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I'm questioning the quality.
