To avoid a shipping fee wait to apply the coupon code until after you select free shipping and get to the payment page!
Edit: it resets the fee at the final step. I added a flavor for 3.75 and it brings my total above 50 for free shipping.

Edit 2: after buying this I've realized that it is incredibly misleading. You only get 1 cylinder to keep. The other 2 are basically on loan for 90 days. If this had been clear I may have still purchased, but as it stands I'm probably going to cancel since I don't like being misled.
Do they say it in the TOS (buried in lots of text)? Yes. Can I think of 5 ways they could have made this clear on their website? Also yes.

And then within in the first 90 days, do you get free replacements? (I'm not 100% sure on that, based on the product description) Or do you have to pay for the replacements?
