Found this deal on Costco. Best i was able to find for a second gen SE 40mm GPS+Cellular. it has $4.99 shipping
Also available in GPS only version for $209 when you choose band size medium/large for certain colors.
If this is out of stock just try to choose band size to medium/large. That worked for me.
