I'm an electrician, and I always cut holes in sheetrock. To me, the hard part is to hammer this saw into the sheetrock with my hands, and I never like the rubber/silicone handles because I feel they bounce back too much. Only wooden handles from Irwin or Stanley are for me.

I'm sure you could find someone who could use the other.

I have this, and it serves my purposes. If I bought a 2 pack I'd probably give the 2nd to my dad.

Anyone use this with rigid foam insulation? I have a project coming up that requires cutting rigid foam insulation and I wasn't sure what to use to cut it aside from the utility knives I have

$12.88 for 2 (two) Dewalt 6" Jab Saws IS a great deal. With the military discount, its even better ;-)
Someone asked, "One is a lifetime supply, why two..." Answer: Sell one to get it even cheaper, guy!

I have a Stanley with wood handle. The blade bent when jabbing into drywall. So I could use a second one.

When someone on the job site steals one you have a backup.

It will cut it, but it won't leave clean edges. A utility knife or a hacksaw blade will zip right through that stuff and leave clean edges.

FYI Amazon has theirs for less than $5, and people said it's comparable....I bought one to find out, as my old wooden handle ones aren't as sharp as these newer ones.

I had an old craftsman one years ago but the blade was hardened, and would break the tip off.
