I have the yellow version of this battery. Have been using it to power my car fridge non stop (solar recharging) for over a year.
Also use it to power the trolling motor on the boat.
The small size and weight makes it great for that purpose.

Hmmm, just got a lectric xp. I could get 4 of these in series and connect it with the parallel cable to the bike and add a ton of juice to it. And it should last for a very long time. If I rode it everyday, I would probably do that. But I think just buying a spare lectric battery would be plenty for me. I built a 200Ah battery from batteries sourced from china and I think it was way cheaper than this.

but you should multiply that by like 90% - 80% to account for inefficiency in every component. so you really get like 2 1/2 hours.

Looks like a good deal, but I'm wondering how long this would run like 30" monitor (pulling about 75w?) and would anyone have a recommendation on a soup to nuts solar setup? I'd love to use something like this "camping".

I would think if you were only planning on buying one, it would be better to just get an all in one "Solar Generator". I know they aren't generators, but that's what they call em. Cause you will need this battery, a solar charge controller, an ac inverter, and some dc plugins. and then figure out some case to fit it in. it will be a lot of work and I doubt will save you any money. Now buying a bunch of these and it would start to make sense.

lol, yeah "generator" needs to be removed from those. I'm good on inverters, and already have a 12V DC hookup for USB. I just need a solar method to charge it. If I need to go bigger, I already have a Honda 2000, just looking for a more quiet solution for deer camp that I can just slap on a roof, alligator clip it to this bastard and be set.

Isn't the point of the built-in BMS to take care of that and turn this into a drop in replacement for lead acid batteries?

The only issue I see is that it only goes up to 20 A. It may work with several of them in parallel.

I know deep cycle is generally used in applications where the battery gets regularly fully depleted but would this work in a Motorcycle as a starting battery?
