Only if you used the H&R Block website. There was no tracking in the downloadable software, which is what this deal is for.

Anyways, glad they removed it. But not because they thought its illegal but b/c they got caught. I am sure a class action lawsuit is coming for all of these vendors ... Good time for lawyers. Its similar. if you have a fidelity account, you can get turbotax premier free. Refer to the other slickdeal for that.

that was my attitude until this year when it took the irs over 6 months to send my refund because it was filed on paper. Worse there was no record that my return had even been filed until then because the irs had not opened the envelope to enter my return into the system. Like every screw up the irs blamed all this on Covid so in theory things might change this coming year so I may give paper returns one more try before surrendering

Total for premium is showing $54.99 no matter what you do. Step 8 seems to be no longer accurate.
