Hammock camping is a game changer, especially if sleeping on a sleeping pad on the ground gives you back pain. I'd recommend a longer (11+) hammock though. You can get a 12 footer from Dutchware for 50 or 60 bucks. Obviously more than this deal, but much more comfortable for a proper diagonal lay.

why is the ridgeline organizer MSRP so high?

I have a bunch of ultralight gear so I'm no stranger to expensive gear, but even on sale it seems a bit expensive for what it is. Might get the hammock though

Grabbed the ridge line organizer.

Good deal on the bolt pack. I went with marine grade stainless pad eyes because I'd rather put three smaller screws in my outside railing than a giant bolt, but those were ~$13/ea.

Yep, its all aluminum, can't see it getting less expensive. I LOVE mine. Its setup in my living room and I use it pretty much daily!

I got lucky and got mine for $125 from some guy that buys returned stuff . It was brand new, besides a small tear in the bag. It's a quality stand.

Be aware though that (at least in the Northwest) many state park campgrounds have banned hammocks due to tree damage. It is still my go to when back packing as I can either use the hammock or use it as a bivy sack if there are no suitable trees around.

Niiiice! Thats a steal. Cant remember what I paid for mine, but whatever it was Im 100% good with it as I love that freakin thing! I even setup an arm mount on a floor stand to hold a 13" 1080P monitor over it so I can game through a Switch (in dock) or stream from my gaming PC to a Steam Link while laying in it! lol Its awesome!
