Update: Bostonyankee's suggestion about account managers (on page 6 of this discussion) worked for me.
My 12 month required service with Verizon(for previous gift card promotion) is ending soon. Probably won't stay with verizon just for this promotion. But if you're with verizon anyway, this seems to be a great deal.

Took me through to the payment page, and I was able to sign up for NFL+ and enroll my existing Netflix account.
Hopefully this helps someone. The next step I was going to take is unlink the One Verizon ID, but I was afraid of losing my FiOS $25/mo promo bundling with wireless.

For those, like myself, inquiring about cancelling before the end of the promo, I was able to easily find the answer in FAQs:
If you cancel the qualifying service prior to the end of the initial billing period (year or season)you'll have access to the subscriptions until the end of the subscription year/season. (e.g., If you purchase an annual subscription and cancel after 5 months, you'll still have access to the subscription for the full 12 months). If you cancel Netflix Premium during the promotional period, you will still have access for the remainder of the promotional period.

Man this almost took me farther than before with just my Fios account as I have a work phone (Not an account manager) but alas it wont work as I assume its restricted: Your account is not permitted to purchase a subscription. Check with your account
owner to complete your purchase.
