If the refurbished quality is good, this is good price. If batteries and wheels wore out, this is not a good deal.

The product itself is great one.

I ordered the ES3plus. Scooter does work but the packaging was inaqeuate. It definitely fell out at one point and has some damage. It was used which isn't unexpected for refurbished goods (but we all hope for the new😂). It is just cosmetic so I'm keeping it. But yeah if you are hoping for like new, decent chance you will be disappointed if this is like the ES3plus deal

Bought the ES3+ refurb deal from Newegg last week and arrived in almost like new condition. The charger was pretty beat up though. Had set up the Segway app and paired with the scooter and showed it was used for only 28 miles. It was clean and wheels still have new looking treads. Hopefully it will be the same for those who go for this deal.

I got mine today. Not sure if I got lucky, but it looked just like new. I compared it with my husbands 40 mile range max and speed is the same. I just can't travel as far, but I don't need more than 25 miles. The bigger tires does improve the ride quality, but it's heavier. Maybe the extra weight also helped the ride quality. It is easier to go up and down the sidewalk.

I got my kids the es3 plus and heard it's coming back on sale soon. My neighbor missed the deal for his kids and told me customer service said the $230 will be back before Xmas. Maybe this weekend?

Maybe this is a dumb question, but why should I buy this G30LP over the ES3 Plus? I just want something to ride around for fun, and the $230 price point for the ES3 Plus would lessen my guilt when it inevitably sits in my garage too long.

Or maybe what makes this one better by $100+ ?
