One thing that really annoys me about Chipotle, is the fact that you can only add one gift card to your account at a time. If you have $1 in there, then you have to spend it first, before adding more money. They must have some real useless tech workers, in there 80's, who can't figure it out.
It's very smooth, you can just add it in the app and order.
It will deduct the payment from gift card and you can pay any remaining balance (if any) using other forms of payment.
I mean, food and labor costs have gone through the roof. I don't like 9% inflation either, but it's not like any particular fast food chain is to blame.
By the way, check your favorite CB sites if you want a little extra discount.
True, but like I said, charging $3.20 for soda is insane.
Anything over $2 and you should be giving me a beer.
I get inflation but I used to go once a week, now its lucky if I go once a month.
I love Chipotles but I have never seen a restaurant so quick to raise their prices.
A lunch that used to be $10 now costs $15.
A large soda now costs $3.20 which is insane.
I guess they have to pay the living wages somehow.
The prices at the Five Guys near us have gone up considerably, also. I think a bacon cheeseburger is up near $12 at this point.
Unfortunately, the quality of the food and service at the Chipotles near us is much lower than what I remember from locations in other cities I ate at years ago. I hope it's just these locations and not a trend for the whole chain. It seems like other "fast casual" places near us (e.g. Panera) have followed a similar trend.
At my local chipotle, 50% of the times they forget to add my chips to the order, or something else is missing. Many months ago I contacted customer service and they refunded for chips/salsa, but this happens a lot more now and I always forget to contact them for small things. Are these people overworked or is it normal at other locations too?

I'm sure some of you have a list even shorter than that.

If you plan to use multiple gift cards in an order, do it in store.

Tried to call them but you can't talk to anyone. I sent an email
