Wow that worked! I will rep. you. In case the SD link above doesn't work, after you login as SmartSeed says, copy and paste this URL in your browser. https://tps.fidelity.com/tps-api/v1/redirect-to/turbo-tax-cd?fidelityContextCode=oltx
Then I logged into Intuit. It showed up as $105, but I did the trick someone else suggested to add a random Intuit product to the cart, then delete it. Then I was able to check out for $5.41 (tax in TX).
i got so many messages about this. let me answer you all here once in for all. you need to go the beta view to see the offer.
I have the premier offer under the beta view, but when I click to the turbotax website it still gives me only $20 off, even though fidelity says premier for free w/ state. Called Fidelity, they know about the issue and said to wait until the new year as they are working on the problem.

How do you trade licenses, do you reuse the same license on several computers for different users?
Enter the 16 digit license code during software installation. This code limits the software to ONE state download. Therefore, you can install TT 5x on five different PCs with this code. All five PCs will have access to the first state download.
I'm not sure if "Windows_PC_TurboTax_Download.exe" is coded to a specific Fidelity user. There is room for "adjustment" if "Windows_PC_TurboTax_Download.exe" is a retail copy of TT Premier. Perhaps others can elaborate.
I switched to beta view quite a long time ago, can't find a way to toggle it off and back on now. No offer here this year for some reason, I have gotten it every year. Assets and transactions are well over the usual qualifying criteria. Any ideas on how to toggle the view off and back on? There's no button any more and I don't see anything under Profile either to switch.

The code is tied to the first Intuit account that uses it. You can install on 5 other PCs but you'll have to use the same Intuit account to activate it. Each PC can have a different state I believe.
The download file is generic and includes all versions. It's not Fidelity or premier specific.

If you are correct, then it's possible for five different individuals from various states to install TT with the registration key. The tax forms should not be visible to other four users as long as each user store the tax files locally and use 100% snail mail.
I will test to see if the generic file is receptive to "tweaking".

Yes, I believe that's how it goes. You can even e-file as those don't show up in your intuit account.

I can confirm that because my family is spread out among multiple states.

Have you done this in the past? The Fidelity promo is intended for use by the account holder. The current registration protocol tracks each install, which may disqualify future free 2025 free TT Promo. Perhaps you can update in 2026 if Fidelity doesn't blacklist your account for the free TT.

I did this last year and this year. We shall see about 2026.
