So if someone order $200 x 5 = $1000 (total only cost ~$930), then it's a bigger savings
then when you order $250 x 4 = $1000 (total cost more ~$944).
So it is better order $200 at a time than $250.
I use them to pay for my electricity bills. There is a $3 flat fee to pay the bill using a credit card, but with my bill close to $200, paying with this virtual Visa card still saves me more than paying by check or paying by my other 2% cashback credit cards.
I use the remaining balance to buy Walmart physical gift cards at walmart.com. You can buy any amount above $5 such as $5.37 to use up the last penny. You cannot use this card to buy eGift cards at walmart.com.
For the balance below $5, I use it at walgreens.com for online order store pickup. Combining with paying with Walgreens Reward and coupons, sometime I can get my total to a small amount.
Or, like another member mentioned, I can always reload the entire remaining balance such as $1.76 to Amazon giftcard balance. I believe the minimum to reload is $0.75.
I have also use this card for online shopping at places such as eBay.com, coachoutlet.com, etc. The only place that it did not for me is aliexpress.com.
It works for me most of time when I use it to pay bills online such as medical bills from doctors office. But if the business marks the bill as recurrence, the payment will be declined. I was not able to use it to pay my PMI membership fee.
This card does not work most time for me through Paypal. Adding to the wallet had no issue, but once I used it to pay, I often got payment declined.
I have also added this card to my Google Pay wallet. I got a message stating that this card cannot be used for Google Pay app in store.
I was not able to add this card to my Walmart Pay app.
I have tried to use this card to buy a Visa physical gift card online, it was declined.
Bank of America does not classify purchases made on giftcards.com as online shopping thus you won't get 3% cashback (I tried that before).

I don't like buying physical gift cards on Walmart.com. Walmart uses FedEx Home and those padded evelopes can easily "disappear".

These are always confusing for C1 shopping portal & Offer.
** C1 Shopping Portal is 4% now, it is like TCB or Rakuxxn , u don't need to use C1 credit card to pay to get the "cash back"
** C1 offer is 8% now (it is in your C1 credit card login to see offer), u have to use that C1 credit card to pay to get "credit"
I don't read detail term if coupon code will not trigger those. Please read more detail by yourself.
However, C1 offer is not reliable at least my experience to use HBO max offer during Sept. till today is still no any credit back to my credit card.
