you can get 4.32 in Amazon GC... they let you buy at any amount... minimum $1

Refill with E-ZPass, but minimum $10, you can enter any amount with penny above $10+

When paying bills they'll let you specify how much you want to pay.

many non-profits use Network For Good for processing online donations
and I am able use up the remainder on the egift card
