This is a very good deal for $99

PE branch tips (the realistic looking ones) mixed with PVC tips for filler.

Lots of trees I've seen this year in this price range are shorter, have all PVC tips and have less than half the lights, sometimes not even LED.

Unfortunately it's out of stock in my area. But thumbs up for those who can find one.

In this case I don't know but some companies inflate their prices and have rotating random sales that put the price at what the item should cost to begin with. I would say this is a discount but I'm no Christmas tree expert

Was able to snag one 16 miles away in Lebanon TN...perfect timing as our current 6 year old GE tree (already decorated) just lost 2 banks of lights LOL!

Don't want Santa to see a janky tree so we'll have some holiday cheer and redecorate tomorrow..

Definitely varies from region to region. Some stores get a TON of seasonal products, others barely get any. I'm in an area where the Lowe's closest to me usually has a lot more seasonal stuff than the next closest one.

Was about to drive 30 miles to pick this up, but then had a feeling I could find them on Facebook Marketplace... And there were a ton of these for wayy cheaper ($30-$50) used. Probably best not to add to plastic pollution by buying new anyway. Who cares if a plastic Xmas tree is used?
