No.. 10% on 100 and another 10% on 100 is still... 10%. 10 percent of $100 is $10. x2 in the scenario you describe is $20. 15% off of $200 is $30. Better value by 10 dollars.

Try visiting their stores. Sometimes they have games that's listed as out of stock on the website, but it's in stock when you go to the store. You can also use your rewards credit in store since website will cancel out the discounts.

I've had the same question with used Switch games shipping in the original or generic cases. I believe it is hit and miss.

This is so that they can reduce the SKUs and therefore they can sell only 1 console version, but it is capable of disk or disk-less.

Physical isn't going anywhere next gen. It still sells in massive quantities, hence why you see them filling entire sections in Walmart, and Best Buy. Internet speeds are still slow or limited for many parts of even the US, let alone the rest of the world.
