First order with them got delayed numerous times. Second order with them arrived sooner than the first order but had some damage on the outside. not bad but def needed some cleaning up. If I were you I'd order the target one that's on sale and do the apple pencil trick, stack that with 5% red card or if you have gc value, at least you know you'll get it in a few days vs this gamble shipping from god knows where.

I recently bought one from Walmart.com as open box (sold by vip outlet) for 168. keyboard looked brand new and arrived within a couple of days and is in-store returnable until Jan 31. If I were to buy one today I would probably get it from target as described above for a few bucks more though.

I think I got mine from Woot (which is some version of Amazon) and it's been FANTASTIC. Not the slightest sign of a difference from new (aside from the much lower price).

Just to add an update to this, I finally opened it as it was a Christmas gift and it was practically brand new! Couldn't tell it was refurbed other than the packaging it was in.

Buyer be aware. This thing does not flip all the way around and thus the iPad becomes a pain to use as a pure touch device. Apple recommends removing the this for tablet use.
