Seems like people still like old school. Not having either. Now flex seem better just because they have small increments.

I've owned both. Actually traded my Bowflex dumbbells for core fitness adjustable dumbbells about 8 months ago. Not a huge difference but I'm much happier with the Core dumbbells. Less clunky and easier to change weights.

Got mine under $191.66 back in 2017 from Walmart when Amazon vs Walmart were having a shootout for lowest price.

Recently did a $200 alloy core upgrades from Average Joe Innovations so now they should last me a lifetime.
