Looks like Microcenter is having a 3 day sale on some laptops. The best looking of the bunch being this Dell. Closest price to this i can find is amazon at $409, so this is pretty cool for the spec. Note that this is in store only.

according to dells own website, the 3511 has 2 slots for ram, so you could upgrade up to 64gb if you really thought it was necessary. lol

I question how true this really is. If the ram is slotted, there really wouldn't be any reason why you couldn't upgrade it further, so I'm curious. But realistically, i don't think you'd be using more than 16gb in a laptop of this caliber anyway. Still interesting to read though
