Purchased last night - it was marked at $99 on a mid-aisle display near the seasonal section. Brickseek and Walmart app indicated that none were available, but they had four in stock.
Looks like it might be VERY YMMV.

That said, both of the ones we have are bigger than this and my wife found them for less on Facebook marketplace. Stuff like this can be had really cheaply on the secondary market because it's big and takes up a lot of space. Once the kid(s) outgrow it, the parents are looking to free up that space again. It's worth checking around for a deal on a used one. My kids didn't know the difference in terms of it being used and we thoroughly cleaned it up.

My 5 year old and 3 year old nephews like playing with it from time to time. It was worth the investment I'd you have kids that like playing with cars.
