This is the cheapest price I have been and I have been following the Theragun pro version since prime was not enough pressure for me.

5th is 20% quieter but I doubt you can tell much difference if not side by side. 5th has only one battery rated for 200 minutes and 4th has 2 batteries rate at 150min each. 5th battery can be also charged via USB connection cable without removing the battery to charge. 5th battery can also dub as a mobile charger via the USB connection. One of the head is different (finger head, I think). 4th has hard shell storage case but also appear to be bigger. 5th has soft soft which can be more space saver for traveling. But I like hard case.

Overall, I much prefer 4th, especially at this much price difference. 5th is $599 and without any discounts.
