And let's be honest, giving away two free slices of cheesecake is not hurting their bottom line.
The vouchers had so many restrictions (and a fast expiration date ) that I suspect many went unused anyways.

bring back the two free slices promotion cheesecake factory! your restaurant just isn't worth it otherwise. I'll spend my out to eat money elsewhere.

They meant the promo period but worded it poorly. We stopped going to this place because the menu is too boring now and calorie count is high, even before the cheesecake. They added stuff to the menu this year but it really failed to excite.

They might be in trouble down the line as healthy food places like Sweet Greens grow popular.

No, no. The offer to buy the gift card with bonus card expires at the end of the year. The gift card itself doesn't expire.

They have a place on the food scene. Cut the stupid pasta and everything else off the menu but the cheesecakes . Downsize to smaller places or focus on online only sales
