I got it on the last sale. They must have made quite a few improvements since the 1.0 because it's pretty good now. It cools the drinks to around 50° and it's fairly quiet.

I find these thermoelectric coolers are best for makeup or other items that you want to keep "cool" but not cold. In the office where it's consistently 72-74 degrees, these never got my drinks cold enough to how I like, even when left overnight.

These do not last long. This type of way to cool drinks doesnt get them very cold and they dont last long. Its also been been this price. Initially they look cool. But they do not last at all. I think they are called peltier coolers.
