Asus has better screen and gpu, slightly worse cpu. Asus has arguably better build quality. Best Buy is also probably a better retailer to purchase from since they have physical stores.

Series X is 12 TFLOPS

Laptops 3070 can go as high as 16 teraflops if were talking the full wattage versions, couple that with a considerably more powerful CPU and the option to overclock if you're willing to spend the time to dial in settings.
