Even if you count the $10 GC towards future purchases, you're still paying ~0.13/oz for the delta between 276 and 150, which is ~$16. Subtract the $10 and you're still paying $6 you didn't need to.
If you're Red Card and prefer Target fine but I would recommend the Costco deal instead.

I normally buy Tide Ultra Stain Release. But I've seen good reviews for Hygenic clean.

I mentioned RedCard in my last sentence but not in the breakdown because not everyone has a Target credit card.
The "analysis" is on the merits of the deal, which may be good for some and not others. $10 gift card can't be applied to this deal so I don't factor it in the math. Not everyone purchased gift cards so again, not included.
