Sephora.com 20% off plus free same day shipping with codes
Not looking to crowd the posts with reposting but the 20% off has been posted but the free same day shipping for beauty insider members has not that I have found. I decided to make a new thread so it wouldn't get buried in the comments section
I just created an account upon checkout and both codes worked

- Same day deliveries for me have always come through Uber from a local sephora store. They come in a Sephora bag, so make sure you're home (or everyone will know you've got fancy stuff outside!)
- Deliveries sometimes show up within an hour, other times it's been like 4-5 hours, so be prepared to stay home. I don't think they give you a timeframe other than "Most orders arrive within 4 hours"
- No freebies with same day delivery. In store you can redeem rewards, or get free samples, and online usually has some really nice deals with free gifts/bags of samples which arent eligible for same-day delivery.
- About half of my orders have been cancelled. Sephora uses a weird system that picks a local store to prepare your order and relies on their inventory -- maybe my store's just lazy, but they've cancelled orders for "out of stock" 4 times when they don't have the item in stock. I even called the store and they confirmed they said "it might have been bought or stolen, or just never put out, but we don't have any way to change the stock on the website". I imagine during Christmas they're not looking too hard to find them.
- 2 fragrances have come damaged. Bummer! Both came leaking (and both were tom ford items, so they're not cheap). Sephora will take care of you, at least once, but after that you'll have to drive back to the store if you want to get a refund or replacement.. which defeats the purpose. I imagine these bags get tossed and thrown around either at the store or with the driver.
With as bad as the stores are right now? even paying the $5.99 for the same day delivery is worth it to avoid them!
