I got in later too. So, repeats can be good for many members. Unfortunately, people get bent out of shape just for saying something is a repeat, and I really don't get it. It's information, unless someone is a brat about it.

During Epic's lawsuit against Apple, they had to release the actual costs of these giveaways. It was astoundingly low, if you ask me - think single digit millions even for popular titles. If you want to see the info yourself, it's all public. So, that judgement dwarfs these costs.

I think the reason they've got stingy with the free games is that it has done nothing to grow their store. Most people only claim the free games and don't buy anything.

It literally began life as "My Little Pony: Fighting is Magic", a fan game, before a C&D from Hasbro.

Not only, the game originally was suppose to feature all 6 most major characters from My Little Pony, and it was pretty far in development, that until Hasbro has released a cease and desist statement and the developers behind the game, including Lauren, had to recreate the game with their own original characters and universe

This years free Epic games are extremely unimpressive, they used to have big titles now it's just crappy indy games no-one cares about
