This post didn't mention there is additional $200 cash rebate if you trade-in 1 working interchangeable lens camera and 2 lens (from any brand). May be trade in your old camera and 2 lens that you no longer use.

According to the link, it sounds like you have to buy a camera and 2 lens to get the extra 200.

So the A7III is listed at 1598. After the trade in and 500$ off, this would be 1098? If yes, that's an amazing deal. Even at 1298, it's very good.

Edit- I saw the pdf where it is mentioned that A7III gets 300 off. So 1298. Still very good deal. Thanks OP!

I initially thought the a7III was $500 when writing this up haha! It's $300 off in bonus credit in addition to whatever your trade-in is valued at.

That link says summer but you can call and start a trade in. They'll send you a shipping label and as soon as you mail your item you can call to get the trade in Sony coupon code. You use the code at checkout (if you have an EDU you'll have to call in to place the order since the EDU discount overrides the coupon and isn't as good of a deal).


All Sony authorized dealers should have this deal. Use your local camera store if possible!

Note that it's "up to $500", so it's not guaranteed that you will get $500 plus your trade in value like Sony did have in the past, with this deal you probably get a $500 trade in value for a $1500 market value lens or body.
